You have cloned all the SLA components from top to button, in your SLA module customisation but why didn’t you clone the Lyne Type, where changes like summarisation in Summary Mode or Detail Mode, or banace Type can be done?

Is it not a component to be cloned?

I will clone the line type if I need to modify it.
Otherwise there is no need.

* Account Derivation Rules, and
* Journal Line Description

are all at the same level, hierarchically speaking, under Journal Line Definitions.

Therefore, I can clone and modify one or two of them without copying and modifying the remaining one, so long as there is no need.

Nota Bene: You must go "Top Down" or "Bottom Up" (vertically) hierarchically between the SLAM and where the modification is deeded.

Subledger Accounting Method consists of one or more Applicaiton Accounting Definitions
An Application Accounting Definition consists of one or more Event Class and Event Types combinations
Each Event Class and Event Types combination have one ore more Journal Line Definitions
Each Journal Line Definition consists of one or more Line Type
Each Line Type could have one or more Line Descriptions (only one would apply based on condition).
Each Line Type could have one more more Account Derivation Rules
An Account Derivation Rule could be based on Mapping Set.
