I installed apps . When i login as sysadmin and try to open system administrator -> security -> user I see this FRM-92050 failed to connect to server /forms/lservlet-1 error. Can you please let me know how to resolve this and proceed further.

First please confirm if you have disabled the firewall at linux or opened the port 9000.

Firewall is diabled and i am using port 8000 but i still see this error

I see this below message now.Its asking for username and password. I tried all but nothing worked. Please let me know what can be done

The screen you have uploaded is not the one you are suppose to be using for signing in. This is a form based sign on screen. You are suppose to see HTML based sign on screen. I am not sure we you are going to that screen.

Note that forms server works on port 9000 that is why this port must be opened on the linux firewall besides 8000. Your firewall is disabled therefore it does not really matter.

Is XSS filtering disabled in your internet explorer options?

IE->Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom Level->Disable XSS Filter

It worked Finally after disabling the XSS filter.
