AP-Prepayment- pay in full 11 Years, 11 Months ago  
Sir,
I am in Prepament invoice and when go to pay in full then in new window
When i am trying to enter payment document i got this message- APP-SQLAP-978555: You cannot select the payment doc .it is used by payment instruction 10024 but it is not accepting document number also.
Please advise.

If you have a Pay Run process (Payment Batch) running then you cannot use the associated payment document until that Pay Run is confirmed or terminated.

Find out which Pay Run process is blocking your document. Terminate the Pay Run or Confirm it. This will release the document for further use.
