Dear Admin,
Please can you suggest a way to upload the value in accounts value set through excel along with the qualifiers as it is possible that client may have 300 04 400 no. accounts adding manually in to value is difficult option.

You can download the data loader from here: http://www.dataload.com/

Its gives you an Excel style interface to prepare data.
You can then run the loader. It will load the data automatically from the front end.

I have attached a sample loader file to load account segment values (including qualifiers). You can open this file in the data loader.
