Hi All,

when i am trying to enter a invoice batch in revceivables i am getting the following error

"the system cannot determine geographical information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction. Please contact your system Adminstrator"

please help

I Think i found the solution to this problem/error

I Think one of the reason for this error could be, your customer definition

If you have not defined the customer with proper Address (Geographical Address or location)

So please check the address of customer the that you have defined.

This should resolve the error.

Navigate to Trading Community Manager -> Administration -> Geography
Hierarchy. Click on Manage Validations, and find the geography mapping and validations.
Example: Province, City, Postal Code
Enable tax validation and geography validation for each of the segments.
