In r121.3 is itneccessary to rum ADadmin and coversion scripts for multiorg.Thanks for help in advance

As far as I know R12 is already multi-org enabled. This is what I have experienced as all. I never had to run multi-org scripts on R12 installations including the one that is used for the training demos.
In 11i you have to run a script through adadmim to convert database to multi-org.
The best way to verify is do a query on your subledger tables like ap_invoices_all. You will find ORG_ID column in there. In non-multi org environment _all tables would be missing and base tables would not have ORG_ID columns.
