Segment Security Rules not working 12 Years, 3 Months ago  
Hi

I created the Segment Security rules as per the steps shown and even checked them again, but the rules dont seem to be working. I mean i can still access the accounts i have restricted in my security rules....what could be the problem, not able to figure it out....any suggestions?

1) Verify if your security is enabled at Value Set (Value Set Screen)
2) Verify if your security is enabled at Segment (Segment Screen)
3) Verify if you have assigned the security rule to the right responsibility
4) You need to log out and log back in (or simply change responsibilities) for the security rules to take affect.

See if the above points solve your issue.
