Issue Opening First Period 12 Years, 4 Months ago  
When trying to open the period it goes stuck and oracle forms goes to not responding stage.pls advise

I have not experienced such issue. Also if you could have posted more information then I would have done some research for you e.g. which module are you talking about AP or GL, when exactly system freezes (When you press button or at some other point), any error at all? Screen shot would help. I would recompile for forms using adadmin utility and see if the problem goes away.
