Issue on AP Financial Option 12 Years, 5 Months ago  
I am unable to select the company from the pick on Liability account, as compnay code/list showing no entry. however other segment like dept/account showing there values. LE/OU set correctly. pls adivse

Are you facing the same issue on all screens (e.g. enter journal screen)?
If yes then:

* I would check if all company values are enabled in the company value set.
* Correct value set is attached to the company segment

Just in case also do the following:

* Re-compile the structure and run General Flexfield program one more time.
* Verify security rules.
* Verify data access set.

ON ENTER journal screen pick list is available but when i am selecting it is giving error as "the balancing segment value is not valid for ledger"

however on value set screen values are enabled.

Also when flex field is complied, I go to view-Request screen, it shows

Phase = Inactive
Status = No Manager

You can run Program - Generate Ledger Flexfield from GL Super User.
Your concurrent manager is down. Please start the service through operating system.
