The videos takes you through a full implementation from scratch on a fresh/production install. I dont recommend Vision install for learning purposes. Vision comes seeded with some setup (e.g. FA flexfields). That could be confusing for new comers. A consultant needs to know how to do the implementation from scratch and that is what is shown in videos.
