Rapidwiz failed 12 Years, 6 Months ago  
Can anyone help why rapidwiz failed. And if it fails, how can we start to correct it???

Unless you mention the error you are getting it will not be possible to fix the problem.
Remove the installation directory PROD by using rm-r command.
