Getting cannot create /home/Oracle/stage directory error.

Also, please note that, I have created the username on linux as apps12 while you have it as Oracle. So Oracle user for you is same as apps12 user for me.

Cannot this being as permissions issue as apps12 is the only user on my installation and I am logged in as apps12

You are working in Oracle directory as APPS12 user.
That is the issue.
apps12 user does not permissions on Oracle directory.
Please follow the videos to its core unless you know what you are doing.

Please fix permissions for APPS12 user.
