TAX MANAGER 13 Years, 5 Months ago  
I`m following step by step the videos. After clearing the cache I click Tax Manager> Party Tax Profile but the page pops up with error:
" You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance" Could you please help me ?Thank you

Looks like something unexpected. I would close all browser windows and re-login.

Were you able to fix this problem? Let me know please.
This was a bug in 12.0.3 and 12.0.4 and was fixed in 12.0.6. Bug number is 6652634. Patch 6701070 is available for this buy.
