Hi Hasan :
I could not see balances/journal entries when doing inquiry->account from GL respon. For example I do have transaction on cash account 1000 in Payables and manual journal entry, but when I am inquiring 01.1000.00 in that form I see nothing.
[1] Is there any SLA setup required before I do the inquiry and if so could you please tell whether any tutorial is available for that ?
[2] In case no tutorial is available, could you please tell me steps I must perform before inquiring my account ?

If journals are posted the balances should be available.
Make sure your journals are posted.
Also make sure your are performing the inquiry in the right ledger.
If that does not fix the issue then please upload the screen shot of your Inquiry window and I will try to troubleshoot the issue.
