Can you please advice
on E-Tax reports that are available in oracle that provides info about the taxes rates that we configure in E-BTAx module

The best way to view tax rate information is:
Login as Tax Manager responsibility.
Navigate to: Tax Configuration -> Tax Rates
The "Tax Rates" window opens up.
Fill in a value in the field: Country Name.
Click on Go button in the search box.
All available tax rates will appear in the bottom section.

however i was looking for some reports

actually i found there is Tax register report

Tax Register report is used to review tax liability. Total tax amounts are grouped by tax type, tax class, and company.
This may not serve your need to view all tax rates used in setup.
