Incomplete Button in AR greyed out 12 Years, 10 Months ago  
HI Hasan:

Can you pls explain under what situatiops we are unable to incomplete transactions .. Incomlete button is greyed out

If the Complete checkbox is checked and the GL Date is populated then that means the transaction is already posted to GL.
In this case incomplete button will not be available, in other words, it will be greyed out.
