Oracle E-Business Suite Installation 14 Years, 4 Months ago

While unzipping the R12 installation files using the command "for z in *.zip; do unzip -o $z -d /home/oracle/stage; done" I get the following message:
cannot create extraction directory /home/oracle/stage . . . . can someone please help?

Hi Mohammed Burney,
a. Make sure that you switch user are root so that you'll not have any permission issues.
b. Also ensure that Oracle user exists (capital letter 'O') if you have created user with capital letter 'o'

Thank you! I'll try that. I did not realize that the oracle was the user ( I am not familiar with Linux at all)

Thankyou so very kindly! I was able to unzip those files. . . I am now finished with the Apps installation and can connect to Oracle E-Business Suites.
