Is is better to run the CE UNX Security Wizard First to give Create Role to Payables( to own Legal Entity) and then create bank Account.
Since I have not created CE to create Bank Account yet?

Running CE wizard is a pre-requisite. Otherwise you will not
be able to assign owner to your bank account.
The owner field will not display your Legal Entity in the pick list.

This is my humble request: Please OPEN new thread for new queries
and DO NOT OPEN new threads for the posts that are related to
already existing threads.
