Oracle Applications screens are complex and contain gazillions of buttons and options. One approach is that you take each screen one at at time, and try to learn all its features and then move on to the next screen and do that same until all screens are finished. I dont approve of this "screen based learning" approach. I have talked about this several times in my introductory videos.

The right approach is to start with basic concepts and go through its demonstration on the real system. Then you move on to more advance concepts in a step by step fashion and repeat the whole cycle. Thee iterations continues until all concepts are addressed. Using this approach you might end up visiting the same screen several times, each time you learn new functionality.

Having said that I will cover the remaining functionality when it is the right time. It is not that I skipped those features. You are always encourages to explore things yourself using help files. No matter which course you take, as a consultant you will always be referring to Oracle documentations and you need to be good at it.
