" Euro Fixed Rate" 13 Years, 7 Months ago  
How do Oracle application updates if there are changes in the Euro Fixed Rate? Lets say a Country Devalues it's currency.

Then you can manually change the fixed rate (factor on Currency window) between EUR and this currency.
