I have set the macro and I option as you have said,but still Internal error to upload,what can it be?

At what point are you getting this error?

I had the same problem. Other forum users had the same problem, including ravi ratra. We all posted this problem on the forum, but to date, no solution has been found to the problem.

What Microsoft Excel version have you installed and working on? Is it below version 2003, or above?
Please, let me know.

I tried searching the word Excel in the forum and found these recent posts where I am requesting users to post the error messages.

Either please post the error message or paste link to the forum where you have described the error. I might have missed your post and will look into it.

In MS Excel, Tools > Macro > Security > Trusted Sources. There is no "Trusted Publisher" nor “Trust access to Visual Basic Project” box to check in MS Excel 2000 version, as per tutorial.
Do you think this could be the reason why the Journals Wizard was not uploading into GL?
