Which user are you logged in as?
What is your base directory?
You should logged in as Oracle and your base folder should be /home/Oracle/PROD.
You should be running rapidwiz as Oracle user.

I'm logged in as Oracle, but it still doesn't work. The base folder is the same.

If you are logged in as Oracle then Oracle has the permission to write in its home folder.
If you can attach the snapshot then that might reveal something.
What is the base path that you are entering on the screen?
