Where you said i should set HR:Security Profile to newly created Business Group, what Responsibility are you referring to? Would that be the Global HRMS responsibility, or my Inventory Responsibility? Please advise. Thanks

So many errors.... Lets keep it simple. One error - one thread, so that I could reply to each thread separately. Keep related posts in the same thread. I answer so many posts that I dont remember what I said previously. That is why it is important to keep related things in one thread.
Lets take your first error for now in this thread. If you cannot navigate to the Organization screen from Inventory responsibility then how did you create Inventory Organization? Let me know so that I can understand the big picture of what is going on at your end. Ideally lets fix your operating issue first to rule out inter-dependencies of errors.

Sorry that i piled things up. I appreciate your patience. As requested, i have checked the MO:Operating unit profile as well as the MO: Security profile. For the first one, my MO:Operating Unit for the Responsibility USI IC Payabales is USI IC OU, while the MO: Security profile is blank for the same responsibility. However, the Site has USI Consulting as value (see attached). As to how i was able to create the Inventory Organization, i was able to navigate through the menu without any problem initially. Guess i must have messed up on some profiles that changed things badly. Thanks so very much for your patience and help.

Thanks for the patience,, and guidance. I appreciate everything. Now the correct OU is showing after blanking out the MO: Security profile for the responsibility and site. Now the other problem i am facing is in the area of selecting the Inventory Organization that i managed to create earlier prior to my inability to navigate to the organization menu under USI Inventory Superuser. How do i get the IO to show up on the LOV in Financial Options. I am sure i must have messed something up for my inability to navigate there any more. Thanks once again and stay blessed.

Just for your update, i checked my profile option "User Type" for the responsibility Inventory and found that it was set to HR. I removed this option, and tried again to sign in as Inventory responsibility. The error this time has changed (see attached). What do i set the "User Type" profile option to for Inventory responsibility so that i can navigate to the organization menu. Eliminating this problem one by one is highly appreciated and your involvement is priceless. Thanks.

The second error you are getting is because of the change you made to the HR profile option. You can put the original value back so that we can focus of the actual issue. Which is the following I believe:
You are unable to see the inventory organization in your Financial Options screen.
This usually happens when you do not fill in the accounting tab for the inventory organization. Could you please upload the images for your inventory organization setup so that I could see if that is ok.
Thanks

Thanks for the response. I set the profile option “HR: User Type” for responsibility “USI Inventory Superuser” back to HR with Payroll User.
When I changed responsibility to USI Inventory Superuser, I am hitting the above error, which is now making it impossible for me to check the things you needed me to check under the Inventory Organization setup.

You are getting this error because of HR:Business Group and HR:Security Profile options,
For the responsibility used (USI Inventory SuperUser), update profile HR:Business Group and HR:Security Profile, and select a value from lov. Choose the Business Group you are using for the implementation. All existing operating units must be pointing to the same business group.

Thank you so very much. Your patience and commitment to giving us the best is unsurpassed. The issue got resolved once i made the profile option changes you recommended. I am now able to navigate to the organization menu without any problem. However, in setting up the inventory organization now, there are some account information that are needed to complete the set up. Other accounts menu is requesting for some accounting information during inventory organization setup. What accounts do I provide for the above fields to enable me complete the inventory organization setup (see attached). Thanks once again for your impeccable knowledge transfer.

Good to know the issue is fixed.
Yes, unless you provide the account information your inventory organization will not show up in Payables.
None of these accounts will be used in Payables modules. You can put in any account here e.g. 01.3000.00 (retained earnings) or cash 01.1000.00 it does not really matter (and hence the word dummy organization). Once you reach Purchasing or Order Management section then you must put in the right account here. At that point you can fix the accounts as shown in my videos.
