You get this error when operating unit is not defined at the Site level.
Set the profile option, MO:Operating Unit, at the Site level

What is your exact version number? Is it 12.0.4?
Please make sure only MO: Operating Unit is set at Site and responsibility level. MO: Security Profile is blank at all levels.

Sir,
Version Number is 12.1.1 and if MO:security Profile is blank then it is giving error in MO Settings Global init error in AP,AR & CE at the level of setting of these modules.
Thanks

Tarun, I would appreciate if you could please post exact error messages (along with number) or simply post the screen shots. That will make troubleshooting much easier.
I will try to reproduce the issue in 12.1.1. at my end.

Hello Sir,
Solution- MO: Security Profile is blank at all levels, really works.
I had configured MO security profile because initially i was not getting financial option screen without these setting at AP,AR & CE modules
Thanks a lot, without this i was not able to move forward..
Thanks once again..

MO Security profile should only be touched if you wish to access multiple operating units through a single subledger responsibility. Otherwise it should be left blank in all cases.

The solution provided by Teejay work for me too. I was getting the same error when I am trying to access Banks and Bank Branches page in Payables manager Responsibility. I needed only this setup in payables to complete Receipts setups in Receivables. Setting the MO: Security profile at site level worked for me.
