Can't enter employees through Purchasing 10 Years, 10 Months ago  
I was following your videos and adding employees to purchasing and got this error message
APP-PAY-06041 YOU CAN NOT USE THE ENTER PERSON FORM BECAUSE HUMAN RESOURCES IS FULLY INSTALLED. INSTEAD, USE THE HUMAN RESOURCE PEOPLE FORM

can you help me with this? Thanks again

I HAVE FIXED MY PROBLEM. i SIGNED ON TO SQLPLUS AND USED THIS SQL STATMENT:

update FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONSset STATUS ='S' where application_id= 800;
commit;

IT NOW WORKS. TELL ME IF YOU THINK THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA OR SHOULD RETURN THE STATUS TO 'I'

You could have simply assigned yourself Global HRMS Responsibility and used Peoples form to enter employees.

How did you update this.
In vision instance how did you log on to sql plus.
I have the same issue.
Can you let me know.

Vision instance is not supported in this forum. Only fresh installed is supported. You launch sqlplus via Linux prompt. Login into Linux. First host the environment file and then enter sqlplus. Use apps user and password to login.
