I want to know how would we get the back end table name if we are entering or querying data on html page in R12 application, as we do on forms.

Record history is a feature that is enabled on all html (OAF - Oracle Application Framework) pages as of 12.1.1 Keep in mind there is a bug in Suppliers page as it still does not show the record. A patch is available.

Ok thankyou, so which patch version should I apply and do you have any document or procedure how to get record history on html page?

The patch number depends on your current version of Oracle E-Business Suite. You have to get the right patch from Oracle Support. Most patches are password protected.

You are asked about the procedure. It is simply a matter of clicking on the link on the page that shows the record's history.
