Entering Transaction Between Sister Companies 13 Years, 9 Months ago
Hello Hasan,

In your Inter company example, the revenue account (4001) for company 01
And the expense (5001) account for companies two.

But, In the Journal window you were created revenue and expense journal for company 01. Where is company 02 journal for expense account? Its confusing me. Pls clarify.

The video located in Video 8 - Entering Transaction Between Sister Companies - Part 8

Thanks, Raghu.K

Yes you are right. This transaction was suppose to be entered for company 02 rather than company 01. Don't get confused. Assume that the journal was entered for 02. I have reversed this journal later on re-entered it for company 02. I think the correction is also captured in one of the later videos, if I am not wrong.
