I wanted to ask you few questions related to the best method of learning
Oracle Financials R12.

a)You have often repeated in your video lessons and also mentioned that
in your blog that do not try to remember everything in the screen. Try
to remember the concept. I get drawn into trying to remember whatever
there is in the screen. But I feel sometimes it is important to remember
which screen I was into to do the particular setup. Is it not?

b)I have been going through your Tutorials for GL, AP and others. Do you
strongly think that just by fully understanding and practicing the setups
of those two companies by going through all of your tutorials I will be
prepared to face up to the challenges of doing a fresh implementation
on my own?
What is the percentage completed as far as your tutorials in AP,GL,AR
and CM goes?

c)Would you in the near future have a plan to do a Tutorial on Oracle
Apps best practices? For instance as far as naming convention goes I have
got to know(correct me if I am wrong) that Oracle has asked to use XX in
front of all the names - oracle are not going to use them in future and they avoid
problems with reading of the codes whether customized or otherwise.Also
makes troubleshooting and reporting easier

a) Screen level knowledge can always be looked that up in few seconds using help etc.
b) No. You need to do few implementations of your own as well.
