Hi Hasan,

I have now changed the HR security Profile to Global and the issue is resolved.
But cannot delete the prior HR security Profile as it's given error : APP-PER-289480:
You cannot delete this security profile as it's currently being used.
I have reviewed the System Profile Options to no avail. Perhaps you can attach a script to review with tables?

Your security profile is referred somewhere in the system. You can find out its ID and then go against the table fnd_profile_options_tl to find out if is still attached to some profile option or not.

Alternatively you can leave the security profile un-deleted. It will not come in your way.
