Is there any sample R12 Implementation requirement document available which we can use to practice by implementing finance modules?

Any such scenario which speaks on the requirement of any Enterprise (implementing Oracle Finance) will be of great use.

My sincere advice is that you create your own requirement gathering document for a real or imaginary company. I am sure you must be knowing someone who runs his/her own business. Visit the person and try to under the business process flows in the company. See if you can write down all the requirements that must be satisfied by ERP implementation. This is your business requirement document. Each consulting company has its own set of fancy templates for doing the same thing. Oracle uses AIM methodology (you need a license to use AIM; It is not freely available for any one to use). Similarly CGEY and Accenture have their own methodologies. Methodology is mainly a set of templates. When you do freelance consulting you need to create all necessary documents but you are not bound to follow predefined templates. You can create your own professional business requirement document using simple and easy to comprehend language.

Usually business requirement documents are property of projects and could not be published on the internet for public. If someone has a sample/demo requirements doc then please feel free to post it (or the link). I will try my best to create a sample project requirements from scratch (other than the project implemented in the videos) and publish it for the members. I cannot promise the date for this, as preparing videos are my number one priority.

Hasan, as you can see, we are many who would like to see a sample "business requirement gathering" documents. For us, it is as much important as the videos on this website. Who do the consultants approach for requirement gathering interview? Is it End-users, super users or sinor managers? Do we have to have a set of questions on hand to ask? If yes, where do we get these questions from? For an average impplementation project, how long on average would would the requirement gathering take?
Please, make room for this concerns by giving us a sample "business requirement gathering" documents". We just don't know how to go about it?
