Resolved: Order type LOV 13 Years, 7 Months ago
Hi Hasan,
This is another one, please.
I defined an order type and order line type as advised. But during Order entry, the Order type has no entry in the list of values. The system paramter has the default order type as well.
Any idea why it's missing in the LOV for order entry?
Thanks

Here are the common setup issues that could lead to this sympton:

1- The Sales Order form is pointing to the same Operating Unit under which the Order Type was defined.

2- For the Order Type setup verify that Transaction Type Code is Order.

3- Verify the Effective Date at Order Type is not expired.

4- Verify that the either the Fulfillment Flow or Negotiation Flow is populated.
