Unable to enter line items in Receivables 13 Years, 8 Months ago  
While entering the Transaction batch in Receivables, i was not able to save the transaction because i received an error that "The system cannot determine the geographic information for this location and cannot derive a tax jurisdiction. Please contact your system administrator."

Please help as i cannot proceed with transaction entering in Receivables.

See if this works:

Navigate to Trading Community Manager -> Administration -> Geography
Hierarchy. Click on Manage Validations, and find the geography mapping and validations.
Example: Province, City, Postal Code
Enable tax validation and geography validation for each of the segments.
