Associating Payment Method to Customer 13 Years, 9 Months ago
|
|

Hi Hasan,
It seems I have missed this bit. Just need to know how to reference a payment method to a customer/s. The Receipt class, payment method have been setup and linked to the GL Bank accounts.
Thanks

Hi Hasan,
This issue is now resolved.
"I have associated the Receipt /payment method to the customer, but for some reason, it's not defaulting for that customer on the transaction window.
Thanks"

Hi Hasan,
I have now updated the customer with the Receipt method at the customer header and site level, but for some reason it's still failing to default at the transaction level for the customer.
Thanks

During transaction entry, Oracle uses the primary payment method defined for the customer addresses, as the default. Have you associated a payment method to the customer address?

Hi Hasan,
Thanks for your response but I thought I already updated that this issue is now resolved. Apoligies if I didn't.
