Please I couldn't recall if you did default the 'Inventory Org' while creating the PO/Requisition. I wanted Inventory Org to default on automatically on the Organisation field rather than selecting it from the LOV in same way as the charge Account. If possible, I will prefer other options rather than preference menu as this user epecific.

Again, You mentioned that changes can be made on the PO lines after approvals. Yes that is true,I believe, but if the PO is matched and closed the unit price can't be amended. Please confirm if that is correct?

Sorry for the late reply. Whichever inventory organization you specify at Financial Options, is used is Purchasing module. Could you please upload a screen shot to elaborate your point. Thanks.

The inventory Organization in the Requisition form could be defaulted using following method:

Query the Employee, who is a requested, using Employee form.
Navigate to More Button->Assignment Tab.
Enter location for the employee.

In Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Setup -> Organizations -> Locations
Query for the Location Assigned to the Employee in the above steps.
Navigate to Other Details Tab.
Choose the required value in Inventory Organization Field.

Thanks for the respond, but the Inventory Organization Field is protected for update. Not sure why. You could also see in the files attached earlier where I did cycle that field.
