Printing USD checks ? 13 Years, 9 Months ago
Hello Hasan,
My functional currency is CAD.
I am able to enter and process USD invoices and generate payments.
However, my payments do NOT show that the $100 is in USD funds.
What do I need to do/change to view my check payments (hardcopy) in USD.
The Bank Account is in CAD with the ablility to process Multiple Currencies.
.
What still needs to be done ?
.
Payment process profile handles ALL currencies.
.
Thank-you
Charlie

When you say "my payments do NOT show that the $100 is in USD funds." do you mean to say that $100 is not appearing as USD on your checks? You need to get a USD check stock and then print USD payments on USD check stock.

Yes...
My $100 USD payment is showing up as $100, there is no reference as to what currency this $100 is in.
I would have thought that you could create a payment in CAD or USD or AUD for $100 and both the amount and currency would display on the payment (Check).
.
Are you saying that if I have to generate/create a payment for each of these currencies, then I will have to use a different check stock for each ?
.
Can I not just print out $100 and attach the currency to the format ?
.
What is the best and most efficient solution in your opinion ?
Thank-you
Charlie :)

Sorry for the late reply. I misunderstood your question. Forgot about what I said. So you are asking "However, my payments do NOT show that the $100 is in USD funds.". There is a field called Payment Currency on Payments screen. That tells you the currency of the payment. I hope this answers your question.
