Hansan i am getting this error because i did not set the job codes

Purchasing->setup->personal-> employee->more->job (LOV are not populating)

csn you let me know what step did i missed.

I went through the videos couple of time with correct profile setting option for business units but still not able to get the Job LOV

To move fwd i didn't enter the Job LOV's and now i see the No Approver found error

Go to Setup->Personal->Jobs
Define Jobs window will open up with Find Jobs window on top of it.
Click on Find button on the Find window.
Do you see any records here?
You should first create jobs in this window.

I created the jobs here and I can see the records here..

From what I understand is that you are not seeing your jobs from Employee screen. Is that correct understanding? Do you see any error on the screen?

Thats correct. I don't see any error but the LOV are not populating in the employee-> more options screen..

* Job Key Flexfield structure should be compiled.
* Job ValueSet should be performed.
* Job Key Flexfield should be associated with the Business Group., you can set this by N-> US Super HRMS Manager-> Work Structure-> Business Group organization classifications-> Others-> * Business Group Info
