Hasan As per menu exclusions video.
We discussed 2 options:

1st option is to create 2 menu's (Manager Menu and Clerk Menu) and assign it to different Resp Manager/clerk responsibility which is tedious task so we chose the better option called menu exclusions.

2nd Option is
use the manager menu assigned to Payable Manager responsibility and assign it to manager user and
use the same manager menu(instead of creating new menu) and assigned to Payable Clerk responsibility and assign it to Clerk user excluding (example: Payment sub menu) menu exclude options.

But the slide was confusing as shown below

Manager Menu -> Manager Responsibility ( use Exclude Menu Option) -> Clerk User

But I think the slide should be
Manager Menu -> Clerk Responsibility -> Clerk User.

It took me so much of time to understand the concept, Correct me if i am wrong...

I have not opened up the slides. But form what I read it looks like Clerk Responsibility must be assigned to the Clert user and Manage Responsibility must be assigned to the Manager user. We cannot assign Manager Responsibility to both Manager user and Clerk user. How we build the Clert responsibility is a different matter. We can build Clerk menu from scratch (more work, however wlil offer efficient custom navigation) or we can build it using exclusions on Manager menu (less work, however may not offer efficient navigations).
