Last night I went through staging and followed instructions. I successfully started extracting files and then after 2 hours it blew up. Said there was an error. I shut the computer and restarted this morning. In the Setting in VB in shared folder it was already mapped to Oracle folder on desktop ( u have it on My DAP folder) and when I ran it gave me an error message. So now I am stuck. I tried to force unmount. Cannot do anything.
Also there should be some live help. It is hard back and forth in the middle of an installation. Unable to mount the CD/DVD image C:

Second I am detecting a frustration on your side. I try to answer all the posts as soon as I can in the queue. Some times it could take longer as well I.e. few days.
