When I press Start- the green arrow - from the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager, the black screen comes up. I press OK and then another box pops up which is not what I expected. The box says

Virtual Box-Error
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Oracle. AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS. ( VERR_SVM_DISABLED). When I click on Details then it says

Below there are two buttons OK and Copy. I did not press Copy since I am afraid I will blow it up. Ok takes me back.

Look like you virtualization needs to be enabled in your BIOS.

Enter into the system bios.
This could be by tapping at F10 as you start the PC.
If this does not work, then try the Delete key or F1

Enable AMD Vitualization option.

Use the arrow keys to highlight Enabled
Hit enter and press F10 to save the setting.

This should solve the problem.
