Hello Hasan,

Here is a simple scenario.

There are 2 LE's
Each LE is assigned a BSV.
LE1 = BSV 01
LE2 = BSV 02
I have 1 OU that is servicing both LE's.
.
It's time to create an Invoice.
The resp is assigned this OU.
How can I restrict the user from entering 1 distribution with BSV 01 and another distribution with BSV 02 for the same Invoice ?

Just thinking about this as I was submitting this post.
.
What if I create 2 identical responsibilities for this OU... then define different Security Rules restricting the BSV that can be referenced by each Payables resp.
.
I think this will work... however, IS there another way of doing the same thing ?

Yes you will have to use security rules.
Possible alternatives are data access set security and personalizations.

I understand the use of data access set security, however I don't think I have heard you mention anyting about "personalizations".
What are personalization ?
Did you happen to cover that in one of your videos ?
I don't recall seeing/hearing about personalization.
.
Can you point me in the right direction. Thank-you
