I would like to know if there is any report we can run to view Adjusting Period Entries from GL.? for Ex: ADJ-JUN-12 period.

and can you please shed some light on below reports?
1) Account analysis Report
2) Subledger Accounting Account Analysis Report.

Keep in mind that Adjustment period is just like any other period. You can run any standard report against your adjustment periods.
The question is, do you want to view balances only or the transaction details (lines making up the balances).
If you are interested in balances only then run Trial Balance (standard versions) or FSG versions. (you will have to create FSG versions).
If you are interested in transactions details then your options are:
1) Account Analysis
2) General Ledger Report
3) Journals Report
Each of the above report has various favors available.
These reports will display line level information grouped differently; some by source and category, some by account numbers etc.
Account Analysis report will group line level details by Source and Category for a given range of accounts and periods.
Subledger level report will be focus on providing the lines coming from subledgers.
