Please can yo check the video on creating Legal enties. videos 3&4 are not showing. Also you metioned creating business group as a criteri for creating OU, does this has to be done on the Accounting setup manager or just as 11i?
Again, I defined a territory for my legal entity , but it's not defaulting in the Lov for creating LE. Rather it says it has to have a jurisdiction. Please where does this jurisdiction has to be created for the LE to be properly setup.

Further to my earlier psot of yesterday, I can now see few territories on my fresh installation but not the terriroty I manually created.
Also please confirm if the Business group can be created under the Accounting setup or as per R11i.

Looks like your issues are resolved. Few points: 1) In R12 operating units could be created either through Accounting Setups or through the old fashion way (Define Organization screen of HR). Define organization screen is tricky in the sense that your HR responsibility must be pointing to the right Business Group. This is the business group that the new operating unit will be attached it. I like Accounting Setup screen as it is simple. 2) Business Group is created from HR screen like the way it was created in 11i.
I will again to do encoding and reupload the videos very soon as few people have reported glitches.

Thanks for the update. Yes I did use the HR resp. to create the Business group as there was no other option for it in R12.
