Hi Hasan,
I too am having issue with the Concurrent Manager. None of my reuests have been exeucted so far.
i executed ./adcmctl.sh and it was successful

I really cannot tell what is happening unless I look at all your log files.
Did you take a snapshot of the Virtual Machine after installing Oracle?
If yes then you can rollback to that snapshot.
If this problem is wasting too much of your time then you can also consider reinstalling Oracle.
Lets see if some other member has a quick solution to this problem if they
have faced a similar issue.
Since I have not seen this problem I cannot tell you what is causing this
unless I have access to all your log files.
