I am following lesson 'Generating Recurring Journals ' in GL. I got this error when submit recurring journals. "Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit. Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set. Has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT." Please suggest how I should setup the profiles.
Also, which lesson do you mention about setting up operating unit?

This has been discussed several times before as well.
For some reason GL requires you to assign operating unit.

You can create a dummy operating unit and assign it to the Site level and to your GL responsibility using the profile option MO: Operating Unit.
Recurring journal and mass allocation feature expects that you have assigned an operating unit to the GL. You do that through Accounting Setups screen.

If you are not planning to use subledger then simply create a dummy OU and asign it.
Go to your ledger and you will see Operating Units option. (This option will only appear if you have created legal entities).

Alternatively you can take first few AP videos (18) to understand the
concept of operating unit in detail and create a proper operating unit and assign it to the site.

I followed your instruction in AP and created Operating Unit. I assigned one operating unit to profile MP: Operating Unit. I also restarted the apps server. But this error didn't go away.
