Frequent Timeouts when watching videos 14 Years, 1 Month ago  
Can you increase the Login Timeouts. When you are watching a video and want to get to the next video, your website is requesting for a login/password. This is very unproductive cause you have to constantly login to get to the lesson. Can you please let me know if this is an issue with my browser or from your end and how to resolve it.

Next time when you experience this issue please note down the time duration it is taking for timeout and let me know. Only then I would be able to tell if this is your local issue or if this is something I can fix on the website.

Hi, Pls try with selecting the checkbox for "remember me" below password field while logging in and lets see if it solves the problem.
