How can I find which file is associated with this checksum mismatch?

I would hate to have to download all the files again.

Open the md5_result.txt file in any editor (like gedit) and search for the keyword "FAILED". This will tell you which folder has an issue. The work FAILED will appear in front of the directory whose checksum did not match Note down the directory name. Now you need to find out which zip file is responsible for creating this folder. You can go to Windows folder where you downloaded the files. Open up the zip files one by one to take a quick peek and try to find out the zip file that creates the folder whose checksum is not matching. Download that zip file again. If you could not find the zip file then chances are that you missed to download it in the first place and hence the error.
