Would it make any difference if I use "Oracle" instead of "oracle"????

i gues that made the difference
i had to change the user name to "Oracle"
in case somebody gets struck at this step

This was discussed few weeks earlier as well. This is a permission issue. Logging in as Oracle will fix the problem.

What is safe method to change user login "oracle" to "Oracle"?

In Unix, "oracle" is not the same as "Oracle".
If you have created account as "oracle" and you wish to proceed further as "Oracle" then why you simply create a new user "Oracle" and go from there. Make sure you login as "Oracle" when performing your Oracle installation. Also make sure you enter /home/Oracle/PROD in RapidWiz as the main installation directly.
