Hi I have successfully created the BG, OU and created AP responsibilities and linked them to the OU using profile options and also assigned users. However while following video 28: Opening a period in Payables, I am unable to see my Primary ledger. It shows the Vision Operations ledger and calendar. When I go to my specific OU payables responsibility Accounting/Control Payables Calendar I am unable to see or select my primary ledger or calendar I created even though I successfully linked these responsibilities to the ledger using GL: Ledger Name profile option. Please assist.

P.S. I successfully created a new calendar while doing the GL setup and linked it to the primary ledger and the legal entity.

Responsibility AP1 is tied to an operating unit OU1.
The operating unit OU1 is tied to a ledger LEDGER1.
The calendar CAL1 is assigned to the ledger LEDGER1.
This is the calendar (CAL1) that will see when you login as the AP1.

Either your payables responsibility is not tied to the right operating unit.
Or your operating unit is not tied to the right ledger.

What is the value of MO: Operating Unit profile option at the Payables responsibility level and at the Site level?
