Short Hand Aliases Error 14 Years, 1 Month ago  
i m facing while selecting the short hand aliases on journal screen. error is attached.
steps i done
defined short hand aliases
enable shorthand entry profile
compiled flexfield

how can i set the profile for shorthand, pls show me screen shot

Set Flexfield:Shorthand Entry to Yes. (Usually this is set at User level).
A shorthand alias window appears for a key flexfield when you choose Edit Field from the Edit menu.
You can do one of the following in that window:
* Enter an alias (Define aliases in Shorthand Alias window)
* Display a list of valid aliases
* Cancel the shorthand alias window
