Business Group 15 Years, 2 Months ago  
I am trying to create a business group and have to go to the Global HRSM profile but i cant find the profile. How do i give myself access/rights to Global HRSM ?

In order to create a new business group you need to navigate to Global HRMS Manager. You can use other HR responsibilities as well. All you need is, an access to the Organization screen.
Using System Administrator responsibility, navigate to Security, User, Define.
Query your user and add the HR responsibility in the lower block. Save the work. Use "File->Switch Responsibility" to go to HR module.
